Loft-style studio of approximately 45 m², located at Calle Álvarez 11, a street perpendicular to Calle Carretería and just 200 metres from our reception. From here, you can reach the Historic Centre in just a few minutes on foot. In addition, a pleasant five-minute walk takes you to the popular Plaza de la Constitución and the iconic Calle Marqués de Larios, as well as very close to the city’s main museums, the Cathedral, and the Alcazaba fortress.
This studio is laid out in a single open space that integrates the sleeping area, living room, and kitchen.
It can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. For added convenience, the studio also has a washing machine, as well as TV, air conditioning, heating, and WiFi.
