One-bedroom duplex apartment of approximately 55 m², with a private terrace. It is located at Calle Álvarez 11, a street perpendicular to Calle Carretería and just 200 metres from our reception. From here, you can reach the Historic Centre in just a few minutes on foot. A pleasant five-minute walk takes you to the popular Plaza de la Constitución and the iconic Calle Marqués de Larios, as well as very close to the city’s main museums, the Cathedral, and the Alcazaba fortress.
This apartment is laid out over two floors: the ground floor features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet; stairs lead to the upper floor, where the bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom is located. The private terrace, with sun loungers, allows you to enjoy Málaga’s wonderful weather and sun.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. For added convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine, as well as TV, air conditioning, heating, and WiFi.
