One-bedroom apartments of approximately 50 m², located at Calle Álvarez 11, a street perpendicular to Calle Carretería and just 200 metres from our reception. From here, you can reach the Historic Centre in just a few minutes on foot. In addition, a pleasant five-minute walk takes you to the popular Plaza de la Constitución and the iconic Calle Marqués de Larios, as well as very close to the city’s main museums, the Cathedral, and the Alcazaba fortress.
These apartments consist of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom.
They can accommodate up to 4 people, distributed between a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, and all apartments have a washing machine for added convenience. They are also equipped with a TV, air conditioning, heating and WiFi.
