Exterior studios of approximately 35 m², located on Calle Carretería, in the heart of the Historic Centre, just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza de la Constitución and the iconic Calle Marqués de Larios, as well as very close to the city’s main museums, the Cathedral, and the Alcazaba fortress.
These studios are exterior, which provides great natural light, and they are compact, functional, and practical, ideal for short or medium-length stays. They can accommodate up to 3 guests, with a bedroom with double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. They feature a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob.
For added comfort, they include washing machine, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and television.
